Current website
This is an informational website for an early-stage, pre-pilot concept. It does not currently provide patient accounts, clinical services, health-data upload forms or automated medical advice.
If you use our enquiry form, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. Please do not send patient records, identifiable health information or urgent clinical concerns through the form.
Enquiry form provider
Website enquiries are relayed to ArioMed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. The submitted fields and related technical information are processed by that provider to deliver the message to our email inbox. Do not use the form for clinical or sensitive health information.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, request time, security signals and server logs. We do not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How contact information is used
We use contact information to respond to enquiries, discuss potential co-design or pilot work, maintain appropriate business records and protect the website. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without permission.
Clinical pilots and health information
Before any pilot involving personal or health information, ArioMed would define the responsible organisations, approved purpose, minimum necessary data, access controls, retention, hosting location, incident process and deletion arrangements in written agreements and a project-specific privacy notice.
A participating health service would remain responsible for its own clinical records and legal obligations. No clinical pilot should rely on this general website notice alone.
Australian data residency
ArioMed is being designed so identifiable health information, recordings, transcripts, derived data and operational logs used in a pilot are hosted and processed in Australia. This requirement must be verified across every model, transcription, telephony, messaging, hosting and support provider before a pilot begins.
Voice recording and consent
The proposed product records voice conversations and creates transcripts and structured summaries. A clinical pilot will provide clear notice and capture informed consent before recording, including the purpose, authorised recipients and applicable retention period. Caregiver authority and capacity considerations will form part of the participating service's approved workflow.
Different records, different purposes
A recording, patient-reported observation, derived registry field and formal clinical record may not have the same purpose or retention requirement. Each pilot will document the record holder, what enters the clinical record, the relevant NSW and organisational retention schedule, and when other information is securely deleted or de-identified.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a privacy concern through our contact form. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable period.
